Be a part of our growing community

ANTAR

Our vision is to cross pollinate care between the US and South Asian countries of origin.

We understand culture and community is what brings this diaspora together. And sometimes, we all need to feel that dose of connection. We know that your story, struggles, and successes are shaped by your culture, and we believe therapy should reflect that.

At Antar, we are creating a space where you can speak openly, heal fully, and feel understood by someone who gets where you're coming from.

Our Story

Antar began as a conversation—a way to shed light on mental health issues affecting South Asians, especially women, struggling with loneliness in the Bay Area. As the conversations grew, so did our vision. We're looking to connect with our culture, to do things that make us feel closer to ourselves and those within the community!

Meet the Team

Founder

Hi! I'm Vidhi Raval.

I bounced between 12 different therapists in the 9 years that I've lived here, in the United States. What worked for me? Understanding what culturally relevant care means, and finding someone who understands where I come from!

I’ve worked in Tech for the past 7 years, but I’ve always been passionate about the mental health space due to personal challenges. Over the years, I’ve seen peers, friends and family struggle through this — and the only way we bridge this gap is by providing access, bridging barriers between two worlds and keeping it affordable.
